Meet Your Coach
Head coach and owner, Allen Casas, mentored under world-renowned strength coach Ben Prentiss (one of Charles Poliquin's first apprentices) for 4 NHL off-seasons, working with Olympic, NHL, NWHL, and collegiate athletes. During this time he worked with athletes from the:
- New York Rangers
- Anaheim Ducks
- Tampa Bay Lightning
- Chicago Blackhawks
- U.S. Women's Olympic Skeleton team
- Puerto Rico Women's Olympic Skeleton team
Allen pursued his graduate certificate in exercise science (strength and conditioning) from Edith Cowan University in Australia and is Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. Allen's desire to study under the best in the industry also led him to learn from world-renowned strength coach Stephane Cazeault.
Allen opened Bold Soul Performance on April 26, 2022, with a mission to provide cutting edge training to athletes and individuals on the Central Coast of California.
