ASSESSMENT

Begin with your 1-hour complimentary Assessment that will help us identify your individual weaknesses. We will evaluate your:

  • Mobility restrictions
  • Strength imbalances
  • Movement patterns
  • Past or current injuries
  • Body fat %
  • Nutritional practices
  • Performance and fitness goals

At the end of the assessment, we will present you with a roadmap to best address your weaknesses and help you achieve your performance and fitness goals. From there, we'll transition to Step 2 and begin designing your personalized program.

PROGRAM DESIGN

Based on your assessment results, we will design an individualized workout plan to address the weaknesses identified in the evaluation and help you achieve your performance and fitness goals in the fastest and safest way possible.

Your workout plan will consist of 4-week phases. Transitioning to a new training phase every 4 weeks will allow you to:

  • Recover optimally
  • Decrease your risk of injury
  • Maximize your training results
  • Keep your workouts fresh and fun
